It is a special additive exclusively developed for the purpose of treating hydraulic systems. It is a patented hydrocarbon complex for ferrous and non-ferrous metals, intended for the reduction of friction, prolonging lifetime and energy saving. Nanolon H recovers surface flexibility of sealing rings and thus “additionally seals” a hydraulic system which contributes to its more balanced performance and the ability to resist higher pressures better, without “resonance”. A lower friction is reflected in the reduction of temperature, consumption and lower number of idle times. Nanolon H has provided excellent performance in fully automated systems (robotics), construction mechanisms, and pumps, in engineering and metal working industry. It provides cleaning effects.

Dosing
Nanolon H is applied at the ratio of 15% to the oil filling volume (the maximum of 20% in extreme cases). Use a “maintaining” dose at every further application at the ratio of approximately 10 – 12.5%.
