Nanolon is a representative of the 6th generation of “intelligent lubricants” and continues the Nanolon product series which has been still in use. It does not contain foreign matter based on graphite, MoS2 and other metals or PTFE. Thanks to the modernised patented formula of complex hydrocarbons and friction modifiers, it significantly reduces friction between metal particles. It does not influence properties of the oil it is added to, and therefore it is not an additive, but a metal surface “refiner”. It forms a new metal-organic layer on stressed surfaces which operates as a “protective shield”. Nanolon resists point temperatures up to 1100°C, high pressures and loads and it is highly stable. A formed layer is characterised by high smoothness of the surface and perfect slipperiness. Experience in the use of Nanolon prove that the lifetime of components is prolonged thanks to it by more than twice, and furthermore, “operational certainty” increases, and idle time, emissions, maintenance costs and energy consumption are reduced.
